What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. We are happy to hold your luggage on either side, and early check-in or late check-out can usually be arranged with one day's notice depending on the suite turnover.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes. A daily à la carte breakfast for everyone in your suite is included with every stay. Order anything from the breakfast menu, served in the dining pavilion or to your suite at no extra cost.

How do I get from Ngurah Rai airport to the villa?

We offer a private airport pickup with a name board for USD 25 each way. The drive is about 35 minutes outside of peak hours. Let us know your flight details when you book and we will be at the gate when you land.

Can I book the entire villa for a wedding or retreat?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full villa buyouts are available for weddings, family celebrations, brand retreats, and small groups up to 40 guests. The buyout includes all six suites, full use of the pool and spa, and our events team to plan the day with you.

Do you accept children?

Accepted Answer

We welcome children of all ages. We can provide rollaway beds, baby cots, child seats for the airport transfer, and a vetted babysitter on request. Quiet hours from 22:00 are kindly observed for the comfort of all guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a one-night charge per suite, and within 7 days the full stay is non-refundable. Buyout bookings have separate terms set out in the booking contract.

Do you have Wi-Fi and a workspace?

High-speed fibre Wi-Fi runs throughout the villa with consistent 200 Mbps speeds. Each suite has a writing desk, and the dining pavilion is open for casual co-working between meal services.

Are pets allowed?

We do not currently host pets, with the exception of certified service animals. We understand this is disappointing for some travellers and will recommend nearby pet-friendly properties if helpful.

Can the chef accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and most allergen-free menus can be prepared with at least 24 hours' notice. Tell us in the booking form and Chef Rio will plan around it.

Question 10

Is the pool heated and what are the hours?

Accepted Answer

The pool is unheated and stays at a comfortable 27 to 29 degrees Celsius year round. It is open from 06:00 to 22:00 for swimming and quiet from 22:00 onward in respect of guests in the garden suites nearby.
